Two Dogs has morphed through several names and regions over the last decade or so. Perhaps, like a stray mutt, nose to the asphalt and following the scent of whatever catches its interest, the press has made its home in Missoula, Montana; Seattle, Washington; and currently resides in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Two Dogs authors include a wide variety of styles and genres. Spontaneity, a unique and driving voice, sincerity, and a dedication to the arts are the common connections in our line-up. We have National Endowment for the Arts winners and numerous regional and national prize winners, but we don’t hold these awards against our authors. They’re still unique and visionary despite inevitably picking up some of the show dog awards on the way.
